Who’s behind this
Dr. Victoria Verlezza, PhD
Dr. Vee almost didn’t graduate high school. Not because she lacked ability, but because school wasn’t built for how her brain works. Two decades and a PhD in Human Development later, she rebuilds that system for other people: engineering firms, STEAM organizations, and the leaders responsible for how people think, meet, and work inside them.
As an Autistic, ADHD, queer woman with multiple learning disabilities, she doesn’t teach equity from a textbook. She built the Cognitive Equity Leadership Model™ from research and lived experience, and this assessment is the four-minute version of it.
